Auto-Renewal - Awful Customer Service

Direct Tv is one of the worst companies I know. I am 100% certain that I removed all of the sports packages from my account. The NFL was gone, not on my bill, March madness was gone. The NBA.. appeared on my bill again( auto-renwal) i called to complain about this with Direct Tv. First person to deal with the situation hung up on me. Thats when I got upset. Then the second person tells me there is nothing to do. You will be charged the ENTIRE SEASON no matter what, because they already sent a check to the NBA. Then I find out if I cancel my Direct TV, that I wouldn't be charged for the NBA package!!! ???? Then WHy can't you Just take it off since its your mistake???? I'm going to DISH with my Buddies. I should have listened to them in the first place. It's Cheaper and they don't screw with you. Bastards. WATCH OUT!!!! Customer service is hell.
