How it doesn't work is a better question

Okay after the price increase at Comcast, I called several providers and in doing so I called AT&T to downgrade my phone cause I found this really cool phone that does EVERYTHING so I had no use for all the services I was paying for :).
After the downgrade I was asked if I'd like to learn about UVerse. I said yes, I was told I would pay 93.00 per month for the U-100 pkg, get a 100.00 gift card-that never came, and free internet for 6 months.
I called a few times for issues with the remote not responding...the tv freezing, the delay in channel changing, oh yeah & the phone keeps dropping calls-WTF? WHILE I am on the PHONE with AT&T. I get my first bill:
S-H-O-C-K! 203.00!
Of course they bill a month ahead-scandalous-but I didn't see the SAVINGS I was promised.
Also, I was told THEY decided to give me 19.00 off for 6 months because that would "compensate" for my not getting free internet for 6 months:

I asked a simple question.
If I have my phone service with you, YOU OBVIOUSLY have my phone number yet no one thought it a good idea to call and consult with me about how I am expected to spend my MONEY,WTF!!!
They apologized.
I then brought up the fact that I was charged an installation fee 55.00 for what I promised was a free install:
They removed the charge and apologized.
I also complained that I was told I would have On Demand-Ha, what a joke. It always said-the service is not available as if it was a service still under construction...

I then complained that there were what were listed as:
OTHER charges=21.00
& then again OTHER CHARGES-WTF?
They said it was for the 3rd tv; I said no, I don't think so: I was told If I connect 2 tv's the 3rd was free.
I had already sent a check for 275.00 thinking I would pay forward on upcoming bills-so when I got off the phone I put a stop payment on the check.
Oh, I failed to mention, they also sent me a bill for the OTHER service even though getting AT&T UVerse included a bundle which offers PHONE SERVICE!
I ended by calling Comcast back & they will be out Monday to reinstall the former service & also offered a month free-after 90 days-for coming back.
I am taking the Uverse nightmare to UPS & they wills end it back to AT&T at no charge. FINALLY, I got something FREE, how sad.
If you are thinking about Uverse, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME.
