Ashley credit predatory they don't follow agreement

Do not go for the Ashley furniture and citibank credit deal. The one with 0% financing. I should have known better but figured with autmatic payments that they recommend from my bank account I would never be late and never have to deal with them for their 30% interest and late fees they tack on if you are late. I set up my bank to pay a week early so the payment would always be ontime. what I didn't consider was Ashley and Citi's fluctuating due date every single month for the first 4 months the payment date was moved up a day. Finally I ended up violating the "agreement" and now I am 6 months into my deal of the day and have late fees and interest charges on my account every single month. I will end up paying twice for a ton of defective furniture at this rate. There seems to be nothing I can do about this fraudulent and predatory lending practice? However, I am warning you!

Not to mention, our recliners do not work well the locks on the chairs are defective and the leather covered footrests are falling off due to defective materials. All I can do about it even though I bought the warranty is take a picture and email it to them then drive 500 miles round trip to our warehouse to pick up another one and deliver the bad one. Sick that this kind of behavior is going on and nothing is done about it.
