Arlington Parks Mall Location - Poor Customer Service

It was only after I started having problems with getting questions answered that I did some research on this business. The BBB had several complaints filed against this location and there are bad reviews about it all through the internet.

It didn't bother me when they made me sign a form stating that if ever I am late to an appointment, they would have to charge me $50. Everyone had to sign. But make a note to keep your appointment cards because at one point, they wrote down a 10:30 appointment time on my card then later called to confirm a 10 o'clock appointment. Had I not corrected them, I would have been charged the fee.

It didn't bother me when I had to wait an hour before being called in for my appointment. Through all the appointments, I have yet to be called in on time.

However, it did bug me that the one and only time I needed to ask them about something, they never called me back. It's like after you've made your payment, they didn't want to be bother. I left two messages to get someone to call me back - next day, still no callbacks. Finally, I asked for a manager to call me back. 24 hours after I ask for the manager, he calls. My scheduling issue took three days to resolve. The manager, Joseph Le, was nice enough but when it takes that long to resolve a minor issue, you tend to lose respect for that company. Customer retention does not seem to be a priority for this place.
