I bought two gift cards for Arbys . I went into my local Arbys in Santa Rosa and was told that the machine was broken and they had one on order. So we left and went to Applebees where we used a gift card that we had for them. I sent a complaint to Arbys and they sent back that the manager would call me. After two weeks and no call, I called the Local Arby's. I was told they do not take gift cards at all. So I called the Rohnert Park Arby's and was told the same thing...both have the same owner. Mind you no call from the owner or the manager.

I then called Arby's corporate office. They finally agreed to send me the money back on the two card...none received to date.

I still have not heard from the owner of Arbys Santa Rosa CA or Rohnert Park CA. They must have so much business that they need not ans complaints.
