I just about keeled over when I saw this. Are we really that lazy now that we can't even water our own plants??
Why spend $50 for a glass watering thingamajig (that you still have to FILL WITH WATER) when you can go down and get some nice plastic plants... More...

I would expect that comment from a person who recommends "plastic plants". Talk about LAZY! Give me a Braek

I am not lazy by any means. I just kill my plants all the time and if this is a way for them to get the right amount of water then I am all for it. You really should think of all reasons to purchase a product instead of jumping to the negative. Think out side your very small, uninformed, box.

Whining about how people shouldn't WANT the service provided by the product is not an appropriate form of "review".

This isn't about laziness, it's about actually having a life...and a sense of perspective about others.

I'm definately not lazy, I'm a semi pro gardener for years and years now. I have at least 100 varieties of heirloom vegetables outside, a good 30 non food outside plants, a good dozen in the house- all needing water and the time it takes to water them. In addition I breed rare and endangered chickens, ducks and geese- they all need water and the waterfowl needs their pools cleaned and changed, and then there is the dogs, the cats and most importantly the children... Oh and those animals and children need feeding and the time it takes to feed them. Then there is the yard work, the housework, the cooking and laundry and the running errands and kids to where they need to be. All for a single mom with only 2 younger children to help. Sometimes my plants have to wait a bit, especially plants that are higher up on a shelf (which also use water quicker because it is warmer up there).

This is an attractive insurance policy of sorts for me that if I don't get to them exactly on time that they will hang in there. Also some exotic plants are really particular that they have very evenly moist soil at all times..this is perfect to avoid the constant drenching and drying that can kill those plants.

Some people are so NOT lazy and have so much on their plates that their time and effort could be better spent taking care of more important things then watering plants.
