Applebee's has great food, service (even when busy)

We went to Applebee's recently on Mother's Day and it was my first time to that chain. I don't eat meat or chicken, only fish, so wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly greeted by a distinctive menu with a few seafood options that were very appealing.
It was a holiday and the place was packed with a line outside but we were seated (four of us) within thirty minutes. Food came fairly fast considering the rush AND they gave us a $10 off coupon for our next visit because we were mothers :) Not bad! All in all a great experience!
