Applebee's

3 different locations
3 different days
all had horrible customer service from both waitress and managers
the steak was cooked opposite from what we ordered
(we ordered medium rare and they were very very well-done EVERY time)
they messed up our orders. brought us our bill after having to ask several times.
charged us for drinks when we always order water
it was like this at all 3 different locations.....what the heck!
