I ordered some new Apple products last holiday season for a few friends and family. After plugging in to the new iPhone I was impressed and even bowled over by the great quality but now, only four months after the gift-giving season I find myself making excuses to my twin niece and nephew who were each gifted an iPod. One of which has stopped working entirely. Being kids of course they didn't keep the paperwork or register the darn things so all I can do is replace it. I also find my Macbook Pro is getting a bit chopping in the keyboard (which I've already had replaced once before for sticking keys). I'm hoping it's just a bad batch of products I've come across and not a statement about the overall quality of Apple products as I've just ordered another iPhone (for my wife) and a couple of notebooks for the new home office. Here's me keeping my fingers crossed and wondering what happened at Apple??
