I can't say enough good things about The Apple Store (every one I have been to). Besides amazing decor and helpful sales people, the FREE genius bar is wonderful. First, you make an appointment on-line from home, then just show up with your computer, iPhone, iPod or whatever. They know what they are doing, usually fix the problem or give you reasonable options. Mac computers work very well, so I haven't had to go there much, but when I do, it is a good experience.
