Ameristar is a very poorly run and managed company they don't return phone calls, they fail to provide services they state "We will take care of" I believe they are trying to rip off the insurance companies by overcharging for services not rendered. They failed to show up for a scheduled appointment, failed to remove equipment as promised, failed to provide information to insurance for claim purposes, then submit a bill for those same services
