I love my American Express Card.

I had to write in and say it.

And how many people feel compelled to say something good about a credit card. Especially in today's economy.

The reason is that the customer service and rewards programs are really in a class by themselves.

I have other cards and when i have a problem they are useless on the phone.

American Express is always friendly and they actually know what they are doing, they get back to you if they have to research and they seem to care if you are happy.

Look, it's just a card, i know. But if you have to use one might as well be one that has great customer service and is usually easy to work with.
