I prefer to have as few credit cards as possible and have recently cleaned out my wallets to limit the amount of needless credit I have access to. After paying off and or canceling all other cards I have decided to keep the American Express credit card because I have to pay the balance off each month. It's more like a debit card in that way, with interest of course. In any case, I am not a big fan of any credit card companies but at least this one doesn't keep raising the rates every year!

I have been treated so unfairly by this company after over 20 years of on time payments. Because of their poor business judgment their customers are paying the price.
