Always something - cell phone contract

Never in my 66 years have I seen a company that seems to be more dedicated to making their customers unhappy than Sprint. Nextel was a good company and I had no problems with them. But when Sprint took over, customer service became a very unfunny joke. No one at Sprint Customer Service has the authority to resolve an issue. If they get tired of talking to you, they promise to 'fix it' and then do nothing. EVERY month for the entire year and a half that I've had to deal with Sprint, there had been one issue or another. Every month, instead of just paying my bill like I'd normally do, I have to contact Sprint and go through the same old run around. The latest problem is that I am getting my credit card charged automatically and have NEVER given Sprint or anyone else permission to do that. As a result, they bill my debit card a week before my check comes in and there isn't funds to cover it. The bank pays it, charges me $25, and when I go to pay Sprint (and all my other bills) a week later, I discover they've done it again, after repeated promises that they won't.
I called ustome Service today and told them I was recording the call and they hung up. When I called back, they said they weren't allowed to take calls if the call was being recorded. However, they record incoming calls and that's okay. They just don't want anyone to hold them responsible for what their CS morons might say. As a result, I will open a website to "Sue Sprint" and find an attorney to start a class action law suit against Sprint for failing to uphold the contract I had with Nextel. Everyone I know that has Sprint is equally dissatisfied and like me, has no intention renewing with Sprint.
