Allstate Motor Club Left Me Stranded - Roadside Assistance

I signed up for a trail period with Allstate Motor club. My car broke down in my home town area, so I called the roadside assistance number. The first service provider they put me in touch with never showed up or returned calls. The second person claimed they could not find me, which would mean they need to be in a new line of business, I was on a main road in Gainesville, Fl (not hard to find). I waited over 6 hours and finally left my car and got a ride with a friend. Good thing I was not out of town. They have horrible customer service, and apparently bad relations with their service providers. Do not waste your money just call AAA.
