Leslie's Pools does not officially endorse J&T Pools... Whoever referred you out to them did it against company policy. Leslie's does not refer anyone for the very reason aforementioned. The lack of service at your local store is all on the manager there. Try a different location as each manager handles things differently.

I had same problem with J&T pool- had to pay a great deal outfront for above ground liner install and minor repairs- rep said it would take crew all day- hense large fee-but they actually left after half a day without using some of the materials I provided and more importantly without even telling they were leaving so I could OK the job- language barrier perhaps- two days later- several of the tie plates fell off and a follow up by another above ground pool installer said it was a very sloppy & clearly rushed job. Owner insisted her name be put on the check so I have to question business ethics of this "company." Leslie pools should only refer companies who are legally licensed. I have to wonder about the business ethics of this company. Calls to them also went unanswered! Buyer beware!

My pool company also hired J & T Pools they were nice to me until they got part of their money now the phone is shut off most of the time and they won't answer me.
