Fantastic Sams is the worst salon I have ever set foot in. I went there to get a simple color (which I have been getting all of my life). The person who did my hair in Albertville, MN (Tammy I believe her name was) was the rudest person I have ever met. She sat there mocking other people around her who worked there. I believe she was some kind of manager. To make a long story short, my color sucked, I had to go to Regis to get it redone and I will never set foot again in a Fantastic Sams hair salon. Bad service with no talent!
