After a total of 8 hours spent on the phone, in the local store I give up. I have a 8 month old phone that is supposed to be under warranty but ATT is refusing to repair or replace. I purchased the phone in March of 07 which makes it 8 months old. The local store has looked the phone over and is unable to repair, they do not understand why the repair center refuses to honor the warrnty. (I have also been paying for the insurance, but they wont cover it since its still under warranty). POOR SERVICE. I have decided to switch my accounts over to another carrier and no longer do business with ATT (after 8 years).
