I was in Dicks Huntersville N.C. store on Saturday March 5th 2009. I was in a hurry to get to a softball game and needed 1 item. Adam at the store was a big help and because of him i bought more than i intended. I have no problem with this as Adam was the BEST rep i've been in contact with for a long time. He went out of his way to make sure that i had what i needed and that i wasn't late. I told someone at the store about my experience, but that isn't enough. I want to make sure that everyone knows that you have great employee in Adam. I work with sales people daily in my job and I would put Adam up there with the best I've seen. Because of this experience you now have a customer for life. Thanks, Rich Gatrell
