This company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with..All you do is speak to voice mails, people who are useless, and don't return calls..There is no question, they are asleep at the wheel.

I bought a pool filter from them and it is missing a part (valve).They refuse to send it to me and want me to return the entire unit at my expense and pay a re-stocking fee of 25%..

It has been a nightmare to deal with these people....Nothing but hell and frustration

Terrible, terrible customer service.

It is impossible to really communicate with Aqua Superstore. I've been trying to return a pump. All I get is an email run around. I'm concerned they are going to drag it out beyond the 30 days "hassle free" return date. All I want is a return form, my Visa credit and a shipping destination.
