I went into an ACE hardware store this morning (15Apr) to purchase a wine corkscrew.
When I went to pay for it, the cashier rang up the wrong price, and when I double checked the price I told her what the correct price was. She started to tell me "I should have told her before she rang it up". Then she made some very arrogant faces and tried to dismiss me...I told her it was her job to know the prices, not mine and how could I tell her how much it cost while she was ringing it up. I complained to the store manager, and she just placated me. I will never shop in another ACE hardware store. The attitude of this ACE hardware associate was intolerable and unacceptable, and the manager didn't seem to care "She said I will talk to her". The cashier does not belong in the retail business. The location of the store is 17811 Biscayne Blvd. North Miami Florida.

That was one among thousands of people you have encountered that aren't people friendly. I encounter rudeness at the post office but that does not mean that I will never go to another post office again.Give Ace a break, you will soon be out of hardware stores if you eliminate every chain.
