Ace Bowling Center - No Birthday Parties - Parties

Ace Bowling Center does not do a good job of providing birthday parties although they charge a pretty price for doing them. The party hosts are left alone to do them regardless of how many are supposed to be there. While the supervisors are socializing, it leaves a bad taste in the patrons mouth. Everyone I have shared my bad experience with had a similar experience there as well. What could be an opportunity for them to draw business is actually a reason for them losing it since so many people attend parties and they also choose not to come back as well. Very disappointed in service. Will never do that again.
