Access Limo almost ruined my wedding!!! My husband and I booked Access Limo 6 months before our wedding. We booked for a 26 person limobus. We told our entire wedding party and their dates they would have a ride to our reception. The day before the wedding someone from the company called us to say they were having trouble with the bus, but that they would send something comparable. What they sent was rediculous! They sent us probably the two oldest limos they had and the two limos could only hold up to 20 persons. We only got 16 people in those 2 limos. The day of my wedding I had to tell several of my close friends they had to find a ride to our reception even though some of them had already dropped their own cars off at the hotel expecting a ride. To top this off several days after the wedding I found out that the shuttle bus (also from this company) we rented to shuttle our guests up the steep driveway to our house told several of our guests to park on the street going up to the house and walk! They then proceded to drive past these guests as they were walking up the steep driveway! I would not under any circumstances use this company again. We were charged the full amount for the limobus we didn't even get and when we called and e-mailed about a possible partial refund for the inconviences we were completely ignored. If you are reading this review consider yourself lucky. I will never rent anything again without checking reviews first. Access Limo almost ruined my wedding.
