Absolutely Appalling!!! - Oil change

I took my 2003 Nissan, Pathfinder in for a routine oil change and soon after my engine burned out...WHY? you may ask....because there was not enough oil placed in to the engine after the oil changes. In addition the technician scratched my paint by placing tools on an unprotected hood. Soon after I reported the incident to the headquarters, both the Technician and the Store Manager were no longer employed there. Gee, I wonder why??? Anyway, a $40.00 oil change now cost over $7000.00 at minimum because the chain refuses to pay (or repair their mistake) and a replacement engine is needed.

My advice, NEVER take your car to this chain FOR ANYTHING!!!
