The truth is that you WON'T have 6 pack abs unless you lower the % of your body fat.

You won't be able to lower your body fat with this machine in 3 minutes a day, this is a big lie...

To do that you need to use some bigger muscles like your quads and go running or cycling between 30-60 minutes a day and watch your diet...

So to get 6 packs abs, you need 30-60 minutes of cardio, the kind that brings your heart rate into target zone and have 5 to 6 small meals a day, no sugar, no junk food, no fat etc.

With all that said Ab Circle Pro is just another junk product that is designed to get your hard earned money.

Ab Circle Pro also doesn't have proper customer service and they will probably charge your credit card again.
