I bought a new refrigerator. It was delivered on time, but it doesnt work. Getting the exchange has been a nightmare. Both the Conn's store and the service center WILL NOT call you when they promise, nor will they return any calls. Everyone tries to transfer you somewhere else. Everything will be taken care of "tomorrow". I'm still waiting on the delivery of my working fridge. Its been 4 days and counting without a refrigerator and no end in sight. Please buy elsewhere!!!
