AVON
OnLine order.
Florida
I placed an order on the AVON site. I was given the opportunity to pay by PAYPAL which I prefer for an online account. The PayPal site shows my request for payment. However, Avon CLAIMS they can not find ANY order. The AVON site seemed to freeze. When I clicked the "continue" button after completing my payment request on PayPal, the Avon site requested my credit card number etc. There is NO telephone number on the AVON site, I sent 8 emails to the only email address that I could find under "contact us". A week went by with NO contact from Avon. Finally, I received a short two line comment: NO ORDER FOUND. and the name of the "customer service" which is probably phoney since customer service reps don't use their real name. So now my Paypal account contains this request for payment and I can not delete it. Avon never called me even though I put my home telephone number in several of the emails. One of my final emails said "I guess you really don't care about your customers" and they haven't answered that email so I guess I am correct. AVON DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!

Anyway, as long as Avon didn't take any money from your account it sounds like it was just an internet bug or something with your connection and not really such a big deal. Not to say that your frustration isn't valid but wouldn't you rather put your energy toward GOOD things??
