I've had AT&T U-verse for several months. I've had some problems but customer service has always been very nice and helpful, and scheduled service appts for me if I needed them. The technicians were super nice and always showed up when they were supposed to. There are a few problems I've had now and then but is love what this technology will do.
After reading some of the bad reviews I thought I'd send in a nice one.
