ANGRY PAYING CUSTOMER WITH NO ACCESS TO ACCOUNT - Paid Membership File Storgage and hosting

Can someone please tell me if MM/The Linkup Customer Service actually replies to it's customers? Today was the first time visited MM after 2 months earlier. BUT I am NO LONGER ABLE to LOG INTO my account -- as a current PAYING customer! My email address and PW associated with my account are no longer recognized. Nor did I ever receive any "activation code" in order to enable whatever "transition" customers needed to make in order to access their current accounts. Any info as to whether the MM/Linkup Customer Service peeps actually RESPOND to their customers' emails would be most appreciated. I've already posted at their blog, my complaints and requests for help in order to even ACCESS my 1 year pre-paid account!!!

I'm in the same boat. Hating Mediamax and their slimy ownership right now. Really wishing those guys would get their just deserts. Will anything come of it? Anyway, you guys SUCK.

I also got an impression (and lost $50 + some valuable files) that here we have to deal not with a poor service but with a pure stealing of customers money and just imitating some "useful" activity. I believe their activities really might present interest for police or whichever institution that should care about "bad guys".

I've heard bad things about these guys. There are other reviews on the site that make it sound like they're literally stealing money. How can this kind of thing be legal? Is there any recourse at all??
