Do not do business with ADT Security service in MPLS, MN. They do not know the full functionality of their wireless products. The ADT personnel from this office are inconsiderate and and rude. If you have a wireless security system installed by them, it can be over ridden and may be set up without full functionality. In my situation it is being overridden by RF Jamming and they wouldn't do anything about it.

HORRIBLE it the best way I can describe ADT. First their installed STOLE my son's IPOD (and blamed it on our housekeeper of 20 yrs)!!!!!!! yes, the employee of the company who was to PROTECT our home from theft. Yes, we were able to catch him even though he had competely deleted all traces of my son's music, videos and name by replacing with his own he could not change the serial number...which we had, thankfully! Now to add insult to injury when our home alarm went off a few nights ago, we never received a call or visit from the police. Why?? Customer service claims that if we changed phone service (which we did 6 months ago at least)then that may have cause a disconnect to the system. HUH?? we didn't change out number and they were happy to collect our $45 per month for doing NOTHING!!! the last straw was the statement that we could have a tech guy come out but that would cost us $130/hr!!!! What kind of way is this to do business??? this is outrageous. If this was a true breakin then we would have been in serious trouble!! WE had NO IDEA the system that appreared to be working properly, and paying our bills on time, was NOT connected to their monitoring system that we were PAYING for! Time to make a change
