ABC Warehouse was very slow to respond to me in reference to a repair/replacement on my Washer. I purchased a warranty and when it came time for me to have to use my warranty ABC Warehouse handle the entire situation poorly. My Washer was down from 3/24 and they just replaced it 5/5 after two repair calls, waiting for parts, leaving the old machine full of water, hanging up on me when I phone to get up-dates on my washer, rude managers at the store and service department, failure to response to my complaint on their website even thought it states that someone will response within 24 hours, failure to return my phone calls. It was not until I put in two calls to the problem solvers TV-2 that I begin to get results. ABC also would not discount or waive the charges on the new washer after everything that I had went through. ABC

Warehouse cares more about the bottomline than their customers and they do not willing stand behind their products....the customer has to work to make them stand behind their product. No customer should have to go through this when they purchase a product and a service contract.

i went to the one in ann arbor to buy a tv and their prices where so much better then big georges even with a elpoyees discount from big georges be smart dont bother going to best buy or big georges abc will beat their price buy at least $400 dollars my sales preson was stanley filkins.

you say "they just replaced it 5/5 after two repair calls" but the you say they "would not discount or waive the charges on the new washer" which is it did they replace it or did they make you buy a new one. if you ask me i think your probably not being totally honest here. ive had problems with a couple appliances that i bought at abc and i was always taken care of promptly. you also say abc warehouse "dont stand behind their product", the fact of the matter is abc warehouse does not make the product, they only sell it (and at way less than the competition i might add) so its not their responsibility to stand behind every product it is the manufacturers. in todays age of mass production there will be a few bad units produced no matter how much you spend on a product. me and everyone i know buy everything form abc warehouse and we have never had an issue like the one you claim you had so i would like to suggest you stop picking on the little guys and start writing false complaints on the guys that arent helping our economy.(bestbuy,circuitcity,sears,ext.,ext.
