My family and I went to take family photos at Love Boat for the holiday season. First of all, this place does not have a price quote for any of the prints that you order. They just magically come up with the number in their heads, based on how many prints you order. (In other words, if you want to get ripped off, get your family portrait taken here.) Moreover, when my dad asked Helen Liao to make adjustments on some of the pictures, we were given a big lecture about how we did not have any knowledge about photography. So for our holiday this year (when retail businesses are actually not doing so well), my family and I were told off after we had spent money to help this particular store. If you want to get ripped off, then you can visit this place. But if you're a smart consumer, I would take your business elsewhere.
