I think we all need to send a complaint to better business bureau since they have no bad reports on Sears. I purchased a heater/air conditioning unit to be installed lucky you 6000.00 they charged me a single woman 14000.00 this was purchased in January 2008 and here it is september 2008 just ready for inspection and it failed the inspection. The first contractor wired it where the heater and air conditioner was coming on at same time.... duh 400.00 electric bill. ceiling was sinking in because the main support beams were cut to put in a drop ladder to make it easier for service people. The whole unit is going to have to be moved to drain properly, Contractor got wrong permit to start with. Did anyone get their t-24 inspection?? Our Govenor went to a lot of trouble for nothing. As far as Sears is concerned.
