7th Circle of Hell - Website for paying bill

Sears online payment website is the 7th circle of Hell. I switched Bank accounts and when I went to pay my bill I inadvertenly used the old account number. I did this on a couple of other websites. On the other websites you could go in and change the account number and it would be accepted immediately. On the Sears website since the payment was pending it would not let me change the bank account number. Thinking perhaps someone could cancel the payment I called what Sears laughinly calls "customer support". No help there. I had to run to the bank and withdraw money from one account and put it in the other. Both accounts were still open. Later when I changed the number, the website would not let me pay the sears account for 6 days which I still say was deliberate so the bill would go one day overdue and they could charge me a late fee. I paid the bill over the phone but they wanted to charge me $15.00. The man on the phone wisely waived that fee so I didn't have a stroke. Needless to say I have never bought a Sears product since and cancelled my credit card. My email to the company was responded to with a generic well, sorry for your luck email.
