After a very long wait, I returned after a drive through messed up my order. They took the burger back, walked away and corrected it, handing it back without an apology or care. The drive though also did not refund the difference in cost after correcting the order.
After requesting a manager, I explained 1) Wrong order
2) Upon my return the associate seemed annoyed and only took my burger back and told me to pull up, when asked about the refund she said I would have to pull up because she thinks they are the same price.
3) no apology was offered even after I received the corrected order. That's when I requested a manager.
She said only sorry and there was nothing else she could do.
This is the second and last time that I received poor service from this Chicago McDonalds.
