30 day return? - all types of jewelry

Their products and prices are good, HOWEVER...They say you have a 30-day return plicy, but be careful. I returned several items (not as many as I kept) and was BANNED!! It seems that in the fine print somewhere, it tells you this. I think this should be made clearer, or you should get a warning that this may happen with the next purchase. I have never before been told that I could not spend money at a company, but that's how it's been with GemsTV for more than a year now.

You have to have a70% return rate to be banned and they send a warning letter first so don't pretend you were a good customer. You returned the majority of your items!

Gems TV is a rip off! Beware of there 30 day return policy - it doesn't exist! Whether u follow there directions explicitly they find a reason not to refund your item. It has happened to me twice. Recently I bought a ring returned it with the tag within 2 days of purchase and never wore the ring and they refused to refund. Customer service said I damaged the ring and when I received it back there reasoning was I took the tag off. I will never purchase another item from them again and wish I could contact someone higher because I still have the ring with the tag and no damage what so ever. All there other jewelry fades and there gems cloud up. Buyers BEWARE do not purchase anything from this show!
