After calling out another "big" company from the phone book, I called and talked to Jeff @ JC. He was apparently the owner and I appreciated the personal customer service. He came out and serviced my tank and it turned out I had a problem. He didn't try to sell me he just fixed it and went on his way. I would recommend him to friends and family. The only complaint is that he couldn't do it till the next day and their website was a little hard to use.
