24Hour Fitness Doesn't Care

I have been a member of the 24Hour Fitness in Plano for many years. The only reason many of the members stay is because of one instructor--we love his classes. The gym is too hot because the management is too cheap to make it a safe temperature. The gym is filthy because the management is too cheap to hire a decent cleaning company. Over the years, we have met with the manager, filled out complaint forms, and even called corporate in California. Nothing has happened.

DO NOT JOIN 24 Hour Fitness . They simply don't care about safety or comfort for their members. They are a pathetic, non-responsive company.
