Same problem here...I purchased a Mitsubishi LT-46244 in January, 2008. In May, I had problem with vertical lines 2" from the edge on both the right and left side of the screen. Sent back to place of purchase and they replaced the LCD module (still under warranty). Now it's November and the problem has reappeared...blue vertical line 2" from right edge of screen and the set is back in the shop for a second time and I'm worried this will be a re-occurring problem. Any idea of what's causing this and what relief I might get from Mitsubishi? If this is going to happen every 5 months, next time will be out of warranty. Should the set be declared "un-serviceable" and totally replaced? I'm afraid I've spent $2,500+ for a lemon....

My Tv also had a line on the right side a month after purchased.I had it repaired on april 27thand they replaced the defective lcd panel with a repair cost of 1872.60 covered under warranty.After a few months on 07/26 the line was back so now I am waiting to see if they are going to repair or replace.Very unhappy at this point with the Mits LT46244
