Mitsubishi Television Complaint

Purchase television LT-46244 on 02/05/2008...Within the first month a vertical pixel line from top to bottom 2" from right side appear......

Call consumer service for Mitsubishi (India), and after repeatedly describe the problem (be patient, they put you on HOLD for 20 minutes)they found a company to fix the problem.........

04/08/2008 the company picks up the 46" (brand new)television (purchased from The Theater Store) online to repair, 48 hours later I am told the TV needs a NEW LCD panel......

04/21/2008 I call to check the status, and I am told that the LCD panel is (ETA)meaning estimated time of arrival, MAY 15, 2008......

I called Mitsubishi consumer relations (India), requesting to speak to a Supervisor (put on HOLD for 40 minutes) and finally talk to Gent. by the name Daniel.....

Very apologetic and understanding, but I have to wait for the part....I stated that it not accepted the amount of time I am without TV ($2400), to speed up or give my money back or a new TV.....

Well, A higher Supervisor by name David suppose to call back ( It didn't happen yet).... Meanwhile I am watching a 15" TV from 10' away....
