24 hours - order taking and service

I work in the bar business and do not get hime until around 4AM. Tonight, enroute to my house, I was hungry and decided to stop by McDonalds for breakfast. Knowing that the McDonald's closest to my house is usually closed between 3 and 4 AM (EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE SEVERAL SIGNS STATING "24 Hour Drive Through") I drove another mile to the next closes location (which also claims to have a 24 hour drive through). Upon reaching the order window (at the Altamonte Springs, FL location on 436) I was told "sorry our systems are down". I was not offered any alternative, nor any additional assistance. I then drove to the Altamonte Springs location closest to my house (on 434), only to be told that "we are still closed".
Once again, BOTH locations have various signage CLAIMING 24 hour drive through service. Yet, at 2 different locations, I was denied service, at one they directly stated they were closed (what did I get there during the day's 25th hour?).
I would not be so upset if the locations did not have several signs claiming 24 hour service a the drive through window. But since they both do, and at one location I have run into this problem on more that one occassion, I have to ask if McDonald's knows what 24 hour service means...
In addition, I went online to file a complaint, and found the complaint section of the ir website was down!!! Really???
