21 day cleanse works for health not so much for weight

I've used different colon cleansers over the years looking for more vibrant energy and glowing skin. The natural ones all work to some degree, more or less but the 21 day cleanse was an excellent result likely because of the very involved amount of time and specifically detoxifying things you take in during this time. It's a good regimen, not too hard to follow. You will lose weight but not the kind of fat weight you'll lose with exercise. I'm going to run another one of these next month and then start hitting the gym. That's where the real results are - combo cleanse and workout!
