2 years ago I went to my local pharmicie to refill a pain killer, as I just had surgery. I was in alot of pain, and also recently just lost my son. So as I am walking up to the desk, I hear one of the pharmisist state here comes vicidone queen. Upon hearing this I was extremely upset, and plus they did not have it ready when ordered the day before. I stormed out of the pharmicie in tears, then called my mother, she then called them and explained to the manager what had happen. As I return to the pharmicie I talked to the manager, as he was trying to calm me down, I explained what happen and he was standing right there when it did. Nothing was done about this.
We have such terriable experiences at this pharmicie,but we have no choice but to use it. As we live in a small town and its the closest.
They never call when they have a problem, or if they don't carry it. Which almost caused a big problem my husband had cancer and needed a certain med before chemo, when we arrived to pick it up they stated they did not carry it and had called around. I asked if they called the hospital pharmicie they stated "no". I about fell on the floor.We did end up driving way out of our way for this med, when they could of had it delivered if they would have done there job right.
I know for a fact I am not the only one they have been rude to, as I have heard them talking about alot of customers and making fun of them.
