i have tried to call your toll free number they are always closed no matter what time i call . i have prchased 2 rc mario karts for my grandchild and they are both defective i left 3 messages on the toll free number one was purchaed at a toy store the other was purchased on line i want to send these two back at no charges to me and a new one to replace them one that has been tested b4 sending to assure i dont have to go through this again i have spent over 53 dollars so far for nothing and cant seem to find anyone who will take responsibilty please stand behind your company name and replace these items i would like to have a total of three of these rc cars that work i will be willing to purchase the 3rd one. thank you marion hagan
