Please Improve

17 minutes in the drive thru and got told shut up

i stopped in at the McDonalds on Cassady, in Columbus OH at a little past 730 placed my order and waited 17 minutes from then til i got to the pick up your food window. When i got there i voiced my disatisfaction to the manager and he said you havent been in the drive thru 17 min go somewhere else with that, i was shocked at his comment and said so and he said shut up. The woman at the window while she was making my iced coffe kept rubbing her bare belly w/ her shirt untucked and handling my food.
Then after she heard me with the manager said heat is making people cranky. I only have a 30 minute lunch and was astounded that guys i work w who were behind me pulling in went inside, and before i even got to the pickup window i saw them at the light pulling away with there food. I have never ever had this crappy of service and courtesy at any restuarant fast food or otherwise. and my order was wrong.
