Our clean, well-maintained POD was delivered on time, and as requested. They were very good about reminding us to get the permit for on-street drop off, and called us en route. We loaded it up and properly secured everything. They collected it on schedule, and have been storing it for over 18 months. I've needed access 3 times, and with just a day's notice, they had it brought down to ground level and ready for me to access when I arrived. They've scheduled the delivery to our new home to fit my schedule, and we'll have plenty of time to unload.

I suspect people who are reporting long waits for delivery have waited until a day or two before the fact to try and schedule. I think that giving PODS a week's notice for any move of your POD is only fair, and doing so has led to a very smooth process for me.

Their call-center staff are excellent, and have all the information you could possibly need right at hand. They can even look at a map of your address while on the phone with you so that any special directions or instructions you have make more sense.

I'll absolutely use PODS again the next time I need large-capacity storage.

Every business will have hiccups and mix-ups. PODS has gone to great lengths from what I can see to make sure that things go smoothly. Personally, I couldn't be happier.
