I dont use credit cards, so I asked my brother to get them and I paid him cash. After a month of waiting, I ask him if he was charged. Turns out he wasnt, so I tried calling the phone number. OMG, talk about frustrating. After trying to get ahold of an actual person (it's all voice menus) 3 times, I decided to send an email to the addy they suggested. It's been 3 days and still nothing.

After reading all the bad reviews here, Im glad I didnt get them. Customer service is non-existent with this company. ...and Chef Tony is annoying.

I'm sure glad I did some investigating before I ordered these! Sounds like FRAUD to me....how can they still be promoting the lids with all of these overcharging complaints?? Anyway, thanks for all the words of warning! ~ Lee

DO NOT BUY THESE ARE GARBAGE, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WHEN YOU PUT THEM IN THE REFRIGERATER THEY LOSE THERE VACCUM AND THE LID JUST SITS ON TOP WITHOUT ANY VACCUM. NOT TO METION THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE YOU HAVE TO PAY $15 FOR SHIPPING?
