0 I agree that MM/LU is perhaps the poorest excuse for a company offering a service that currently exists. I don't see my files on LU yet. I'm not sure which is more important...for me to get my files back or for me to deny LU access to my credit card account again. I'm thinking the latter.
0 I have been a renewing paying customer for four years, started with streamload.
I csannot have access to any of my files nor was I notified the company was changing.
I need these bach up files and the linkup has zero customer service areas to get a questionanswered.
Other services like Box have much cheaper rates adn I have already signed up. I just want access to retrieve my files and they are gone and there is nobody to contact.
This is terribl service in a new industry with plenty of competition.
They have already put me down for an automatic renewal for 300 a year .
I had many TB of paid service already and now I have 200GB a year.
I turn that out in one film.
Go other places for yout online storage. trust me.
