0 My father just bought me a set of douglas tires that were manufactered in March or April, 2009. They are brand new tires. I've had them on my car for about 6 weeks and I notice one tire is starting to bulge out in two different places. Can anyone tell me is this a defective tire and should it be replaced or all four tires. I haven't ever bought this brand of tires efore.Are these good quality made tires? Can I get a new tire replaced for free if this tire is defective? there anyone out there that has had problems with a defective tire made by this brand? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
