Appalling customer service - they should be ashamed! I have had previous problems with Verizon as a telephone customer - I was a fool for signing on with them for a FIOS bundle. First off they charged me for "connecting" my internet sevice - which I was already getting from them. I paid over $30 for this. Then they kept billing me for a service which even THEY admit I cancelled and would not remove it from my bill. They "promised" to send me a credit only AFTER I paid them for the overcharge. Whenever I call customer's hard enough to find a number in the paperworl...I am on hold for over 30minutes each time. The customer service reps are rude - they interrupt repeately when I try to explain the situation, they are unable to solve ANY problem - especially billing, I was actually threatened by the last "supervisor" if I did not pay the overcharge/erroneous billing. My wireless plan is with AT & T - they, in stark contrast, are polite, patient, and VERY helpful - they correct any billing errors with you right on the phone immediately - and credit any errors
